- Who can apply?
- Registered businesses that resell digital products: retailers, distributors, online stores, marketplace sellers and IT agencies. We do not accept applications from individuals buying for personal use.
- How long does a review take?
- Most applications receive a decision within a few business days. If we need more information, we email you a secure link to reply.
- Why can't I see products on this site?
- Products, availability and commercial terms are private. They are shown only inside the reseller portal to approved partners who have completed verification.
- What happens after approval?
- You receive an email with a single-use activation link. After setting your password you complete business verification in the portal before you can place orders.
- What will verification require?
- Usually your business registration details and an identity document for the account owner. The portal lists exactly what is needed.
- I already applied. Can I apply again?
- We review one open application per email address. If we need anything else, we will contact you. You can apply again once your previous application has a decision.
- How do I sign in?
- Approved resellers sign in on the reseller portal through the Reseller login link at the top of this page.
- How are my verification documents kept safe?
- They are stored privately, never through public links. Only our compliance reviewers can open them and every view is recorded. Document numbers are encrypted and only the last four characters are shown. Our KYC Policy has the details, including how long files are kept.
- How do I pay for orders?
- Inside the portal, with the payment methods enabled for your account: PayPal and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments or CoinProcess. Some orders are reviewed before delivery.
- Can I get a refund?
- Orders that are paid but not delivered, and duplicate payments, are refunded in full. Delivered items are refunded or replaced only if they are defective. Our Refund Policy explains how and when.
- How is my information used?
- Only to review your application and contact you about it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
