KYC Policy

Why we verify
Know-your-customer (KYC) checks confirm that each reseller is a real business acting through an authorized person. They protect resellers, our product partners and their customers from fraud and misuse. Ordering, prices and products unlock only after verification is approved.
What you submit
In the portal: the full name of the account owner, the company name, the country, the document type and its number, and clear copies of the documents.
Accepted document types: passport, national ID, business registration, tax certificate, or another official document we ask for.
Files must be PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB each, with at most five files per submission. PDFs that contain scripts, automatic actions or embedded files are refused; scan or export the document again as a plain PDF or image.
How the review works
A compliance reviewer checks your submission. The status in the portal moves from submitted to in review, and then to approved, rejected, or needs information.
If we need more information, we tell you what is missing in the portal and by email, and you submit again; the earlier submission is then marked as replaced. If a verification is rejected, the reason is shown to you and you can submit again.
How your documents are protected
Documents are stored privately and never through public links. Only authorized compliance reviewers can open them, every view is recorded in our audit log, and documents are always downloaded, never displayed inside a web page.
The document number is stored encrypted. Only its last four characters are ever shown, to you and to our staff.
You can remove a file you uploaded until you submit it.
How long we keep documents
Files uploaded but never submitted: 7 days.
Files of a submission that is rejected or replaced: 180 days after that decision.
Files of an approved verification: for as long as the account is open, and 5 years after it closes.
Files you remove before submitting are deleted straight away.
Verifying again
We may ask you to verify again if your business details change, a document expires, or a partner or the law requires it.
