About these terms

These terms govern your use of resellergate.net, the reseller application process and the reseller portal. Approved resellers also agree to the commercial terms shown inside the portal; if the two conflict, the commercial terms apply to orders.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, KYC Policy, Refund Policy and Data Processing Agreement, each published on this site.

Applying

You must provide accurate, current information about your business and be authorized to apply on its behalf.

We may ask for more information, and we decide at our discretion whether to approve an application. Applying creates no obligation for either party.

No offer on this site

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Products, availability and commercial terms are shared only with approved, verified resellers inside the portal.

Accounts and verification

Approved applicants receive a single-use activation link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

Business verification (KYC) must be approved in the portal before any commercial access is granted. We may ask you to verify again if your details change or if required by our partners or by law.

Orders and payments

Orders are placed and paid inside the portal using the payment methods enabled for your account. An order may be held for review before delivery. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback pauses ordering on your account until it is resolved.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or documents, send automated or bulk submissions, resell outside the channels you declared, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, provides false information, creates fraud or payment risk, or where required by law. Where we can, we tell you why. Records we must keep are retained as described in our Privacy and KYC policies.

Liability

The site and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
